More house photos

We heard it was 70 degrees in New York. What's up with that?

Hey guys -

The house looks great and it sounds like you're doing well. Joan thinks the food sounds delicious, and I like the photos and descriptions of the city. All is good here, though I'm gearing up for classes starting this week - yikes! We'll keep checking in. Have fun!

Hi,

Even with all the wonderful food, you must be missing Mythos. At least a little bit. A real little bit.

I am so happy that the stress of finding a place is finally over. I was personally hoping it would go on until the very last minute, so I could feel the tension in the blog, and feel like I was experiences a real life cliffhanger (The new season of 24 doesn't start until NEXT Sunday, and I'm desperate for cheap thrills.)

I hope you don't share ONLY happy moments on this blog. I expect to see some tension and drama.

Unlike all these good people who are preparing for their classes, I'm sitting on my fat ass and watching movies. When do you think Dreamgirls will be opening in Vietnam? It's great.

Love,
Steve

Hey guys. Hope the move in goes well. I would imagine you will not have anything but your suitcases. That should make it a little easier. The weather has been mild here, but we are expecting bone chilling temps for the next week. Keep in touch once you have settled. Also, i read that your housesitter is looking for squatters in the stairways and hallways!! You can't fool me!! Just as i suspected!!!

Hi Mark and Anne! Happy New Year and congrats on making it to Vietnam with sanity intact! The house looks beautiful and we're grooving on all the descriptions of the food, the weather, the kids' adjustment etc. etc. as we contemplate the somewhat similar adventure we'll begin next month.

Hope we can find some time to meet up in Asia...

Hi Guys,

Well the 70 degree came and went. Saturday was eerie to say the least. Dan was outside doing chores in the yard! Today we finally have snow and cold. All is going well here. I am glad that you found such a cute house. I hope the move in goes well. Did Mark start teaching?

Hudason and Lily...we are looking forward to our special week! Camping is on the agenda!

Hi Mark and Anne! I just read your blog for the first time--so I started with the happy ending to your househunting story. Sounds very stressful, and I'm so glad it ended well.

When I was in Japan last summer, it seemed like most of my emails back to the states were about food. So I am totally loving your focus on food right now and please keep it up! You can write a full description of dinner (or lunch! or both!) every day and know that you have an appreciative audience here of at least one!

Love,
Deb

Hi Guys,
Hope your move goes smoothly today -- we're hoping you'll be able to post to the blog as freely from home. Hey -- I'm headed over to Java to meet Dena for lunch -- we'll put a pair of small eye-glasses in front of one of the seats and imagine you there.
Love to all,
Barb
