Elephant Ear Fish

This is one of the dishes we had at My Khanh Resort the night prior to Hudson's birthday. The thing of it all is we watched them catch the fish in the river right underneath the little bungalow we were staying in. So we knew it was fresh. The kids, I have to say, did not partake, but Mark and I, we polished it off.
